Location: Rodley, Leeds, LS13 1NP


Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.00pm


Starting hourly rate: £Neg for right candidate


Woodlands Home & Garden Group is a market leader in the manufacture of garden buildings, including sheds, summerhouses, and log cabins. Based in three sites at Rodley (LS13), Thornbury (BD3), and Horsforth (LS18), our sales have grown rapidly, and we are now looking to expand our team. Could you be the person we are looking for?


We are seeking to appoint a Machine Operative to work within the Supply Chain team. The primary responsibilities include assisting in timber milling, meeting production targets, and moving timber stock around the site. A Fork Lift Truck or Side Loader certificate would be beneficial. You may also be responsible for moving materials into stock storage and loading vehicles as needed. The role requires working across several departments to ensure they have the necessary materials to maintain production. Excellent organisational skills are essential to optimise working hours and complete all tasks efficiently. You will also be expected to develop your knowledge of timber and the company's products to understand material requirements.
