Axi Recruitment is partnering with a well-known retail brand to find their next Digital Marketing Assistant!Are you data-driven, creative, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment?

Job responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Assistant will include:

• Plan and execute seasonal email marketing campaigns, supporting retention and trading objectives through segmentation, personalisation, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Track and report on key KPIs, providing campaign performance insights during weekly trading meetings. Use A/B testing and analytics to refine timing, content, and design.
• Enhance customer segmentation using engagement data and Bloomreach best practices to improve campaign targeting and relevance.
• Maintain and grow a healthy email and SMS database. Develop initiatives to increase opt-ins via digital, in-store, and partnership channels.
• Lead SMS channel growth, aiming for 100k opt-ins. Build and deliver seasonal plans that align with marketing goals and drive subscriber engagement.
• Support catalogue delivery by coordinating audience selection, production timelines, and approvals, in collaboration with the CRM Strategy Manager.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and campaign tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills.
• Analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving and campaign optimisation skills.
• Be organised, with effective time and project management.
