We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ENT Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team at CHEC. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
About the Role
The role holder is to be accountable for high quality clinical care to adult patients attending the community ENT service. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of ENT conditions, from common issues to surgical procedures. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality care and the best possible patient outcomes.
We are looking for someone who can:
- The delivery of face-to-face onsite clinical sessions within a community-based environment
- The provision of assessment and management of a range of ENT conditions in adults – Otitis Externa, BPPV, Otalgia, Perforated TM, Epistaxis, Nasal obstruction, Allergic Rhinitis, Epley Manoevre etc.
- Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Stay current with advancements in ENT treatments, technologies, and best practices.
Who we are looking for:
- GMC registration with a license to practice
- On the GMC Specialist Register/Consultant-level experience in ENT
- Personal indemnity to fully cover all patient care delivered within this agreement
- Date and evidence of last appraisal
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
