The Role


The successful Professional Services Software Delivery Project Manager will manage the day-to-day routine in terms of project and technical scope, review deliverables prepared by the team, apply project management methodology, including delivery in software implementations, consulting, training, and custom development. You will work directly with our customers, support, sales and leadership from Professional Services, Development to ensure project requirements are met for scope, schedule, and cost. The role is also responsible for managing customer relationship and our Sales team to position/identify new sales/growth opportunities for any other Prometheus solution.


Responsibilities



  • Manages the scope, schedule, and cost of assigned services projects

  • Manages and prioritizes customer requirements for inclusion in each project’s statement of work (SOW)

  • Works with sales team to understand upcoming implementation, consulting, and development timelines.

  • Liaise closely with customer stakeholders throughout the project delivery

  • Liaise closely with all internal stakeholders throughout the project delivery including Developers, QA, Architects, and Senior PS staff in other regions.

  • To run full system configuration, setup, in multiple landscapes and to help professional services achieve customer’s requirements and expectations. Including providing customers with industry best practice.

  • Works with development managers to stabilize project scope, deliverables, upgrades, custom/feature development.

  • Ensures the team has appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively.

  • Manages internal functional UAT to ensure successful technical delivery to clients.


Required



  • 2-5 years of professional experience in Project Management.

  • Demonstrable track record on complex technical software projects deliveries (hands-on)

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, such as Agile delivery, PMO.

  • Experience in project managing large projects and/or a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously.

  • An understanding of ERP systems, with experience in project managing software implementations.

  • Comfortability using JIRA & Confluence – Jira to track development process (projects, releases)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong technical skills including MS Office. (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Projects)

  • Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to detect and avoid potential issues threatening to delay the timeline or impact operations.

  • High sense of responsibility and a can-do attitude and uses own initiative to manage on a day-to-day basis and selfmotivated/able to work independently.

  • Passion for problem solving required • Experience with heavy asset industry is a big plus.

  • Fluency in English, any additional language skillset is a plus. (French/German/Spanish)


Working Hours


Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 18:00 (1 hour lunch)


Friday 8:00 - 12:00
