As Office Administrator, you will be the face of Fruition Group and Enablis. Your role will play a pivotal part in the smooth running of the operations function and will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will support with business-as-usual tasks, however there will also be additional ad hoc tasks to complete where required.


This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive contribution to our business and ensure all visitors feel welcomed into our office space. Develop your skills and gain experience in other operational tasks, where required. You will be communicating with clients, candidates and other third parties through both written and verbal communication and you will also liaise with all colleagues around the business.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain front of house and upkeep of information boards.

  • Manage the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests and answering calls.

  • Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.

  • Organise meetings both internal and external, including management of bookings, setting up equipment, arranging lunch etc.

  • Support with arranging and overseeing company wide events & celebrations and external events including Females of the Future, Fruition Talks Tech and Sourcing and Social.

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Assist with the set-up and maintenance of equipment for new starters and existing employees.

  • Update and maintain records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.

  • Manage document and data compliance for Enablis including highlighting discrepancies and expiring documents.

  • Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Google Suite) to manage data and produce documents and presentations.

  • Process all reference requests, inbound and outbound.

  • Provide general Enablis administration.

  • Monitoring shared inboxes, dealing with queries and directing to the team as appropriate.

  • Microsoft Office experience.

  • Collaborative and willing to support wider Operations team when required.
