Job Summary

As a leading partner of SAP, IBM, and Oracle, Prometheus Group has been providing out-of-the-box software solutions to asset intensive organisations for over 25 years, supporting key aspects of the asset lifecycle; such as Maintenance, Operations and Health & Safety. Prometheus Group is responsible for developing software solutions to aid day-to-day operations for our clients. We work on a global scale, with a focus on the Oil and Gas, Energy and Manufacturing industries.

Implementation Specialists collaborate closely with functional consultants and project managers to implement our software and configure the system according to customer requirements. You will be given the opportunity to learn the customer’s current business processes, their issues, and their challenges. You will help map and improve the customer business process by taking advantage of the Prometheus products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to review project plans of the installation of customized software.


• Configure systems to help professional services achieve customer’s goals.


• Troubleshoot, analyze, and document customer issues.


• Communicate with clients throughout the software delivery and customization process to obtain feedback and approval.


• Assist in customer environment upgrades.


• Translate professional services requests into technical steps to implement.


• Educating clients on how to use purchased software systems


• Work across various departments to ensure a full understanding of Prometheus products from a configuration perspective.

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, management information systems, or a related field.


• Basic knowledge of programming concepts – such as variables, functions and arguments, and scope. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• The ability to multitask effectively.


• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Preferred

• Experience with work ticketing systems such as TeamSupport, ServiceNow, JIRA, Salesforce

• Strong technical skills

• Experience with software implementations and SaaS solutions

• Experience in or with large manufacturing industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals etc.

• Experience with Capital Projects/Completions Management and related software solutions would be preferred.
