Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic relationship management of 3rd party payment partners, ensuring the delivery of Asda Money & Mobile strategic & financial goals.

  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to support the Payments team in understanding key payment performance metrics and to drive strategic decisions and improvements.

  • Conduct regular analysis of payment trends, customer behaviours and product performance to identify areas for optimization and cost efficiencies.

  • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and payment security standards relevant to our financial products.

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and drive a seamless customer payments experience, across multiple platforms, including Asda Rewards programme

  • Stay updated on industry advancements in payment technologies and customer expectations to help maintain a competitive edge.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and ideally experience in Financial Services

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to various stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of payment regulation and the overall payment landscape
