The Procurement division is responsible for ensuring the FCA gains value for money from our suppliers; achieves a sustainable cost base; is compliant with all regulations; extracts value from negotiated contracts and manage commercial risk; protects our business and market, keeping it safe and resilient.
The Procurement Team Is Structured Into 3 Key Areas
We are looking for a Procurement Process and Performance specialist to join us. The role will be that of a change champion for continuous improvement across all Procurement related digital platforms and be a subject matter expert for all Procurement related systems and tools while supporting the Process and Performance Manager with departmental activities.

We are looking for a Procurement Process and Performance specialist to join us. The role will be that of a change champion for continuous improvement across all Procurement related digital platforms and be a subject matter expert for all Procurement related systems and tools while supporting the Process and Performance Manager with departmental activities.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as the subject matter expert, supporting continuous improvement initiatives for all integrated Finance and Procurement systems, policies and tools. Act as the primary point of contact for system inquiries, troubleshooting and ensuring optimal configuration to meet business needs
- Implement and enforce FCA compliance regulations, conduct regular audit checks and monitor Procurement MI to ensure adherence to internal policies and external standards. Maintain data repositories, ensuring accuracy while performing integrity checks between Finance and Procurement
- Develop and conduct regular comprehensive training sessions, fostering continuous improvement and standardised ways of working across procurement processes and systems
- Generate management reports, providing data-driven insights to Procurement, Finance and the wider business. Offer recommendations for process improvements and ensure MI remains relevant and actionable for decision-making
- Oversee Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, manage accurate distribution and timely responses and optimise resource management to enhance workflow efficiency across procurement and finance functions

Minimum
- Experienced in managing procurement systems such as Atamis, Bravo (Jaggaer), Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or Ariba, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance regulations (e.g., FCA standards)
- Experienced in managing large datasets, maintaining data integrity and generating insightful reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint to support business decision-making
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in delivering training programs, advising stakeholders and leading system change implementations to enhance procurement efficiency
- Strong experience managing procurement platforms such as Atamis or Salesforce with advanced Excel proficiency data analysis
- Ability to develop insightful reports tailored for senior audiences, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, leveraging data insights to drive informed decision-making and process improvements
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey information, support training initiatives and collaborate across teams
- Proven ability to handle multiple workstreams, manage deadlines efficiently and adapt to fast-paced environments with resilience and teamwork
