The business is made up of skilled professionals from a range of trades and disciplines including surveying, carpentry, plumbing, gas, and electrical services.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager to join this progressive team and help deliver pub fit-out projects across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, practical environment. You'll be responsible for managing site activity from day one to completion and expected to be actively involved in on-site operations-not just overseeing but rolling up your sleeves when needed.
You'll work closely with subcontractors, clients, and the internal team to ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hospitality fit-out projects nationwide
- Oversee site activity to ensure health, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep programmes on track
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Solve problems on the ground with a proactive, can-do approach
- Ensure smooth handovers and post-completion support
