Tendering Engineer, LV, 11kV/33kV/132kVPower Networks, Transmission & DistributionLeeds, West Yorkshire£50,000 to £68,500 plus car or allowance, plus pensionPermanentJob Ref: J(phone number removed)As the Tendering Engineer on systems at LV, 11kV/33kV/132kV, you will:* Work on Tenders and Bids on LV, 11/33/132kV works across BESS, Solar Parks, Data Centres, and more, with values up to £15m+* Review and approve tender price/costing estimates* Ensure that formal risk analysis and mitigation is carried out * Work to establish products and solutions during the identification phase.* Ensure all orders received against a tender are properly verified to be in line with the quotation and all information is present * Be innovative so you eliminate any contract-related issue * Ensure that all opportunities and quotes are correctly entered into the CRM tool and that all activities and business intelligence is recorded and maintained in the system.You will:* Demonstratable experience of differing tendering procedures. & techniques* Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, particularly NEC and FIDIC.* Knowledge of 33kV and ideally 132kV solar, battery energy storage systems, or SCADA, or Protection and Remote Terminal Unit solutions and products to design appropriate solutions* Understanding of HV and LV Electrical distribution systems* Interpersonal skills with different cultures.* Fully PC & Windows Excel/Word/PowerPoint literate.You will have:* Degree/HNC level or a NVQ Level 6 or above in Engineering or a related discipline* Full UK driving licence and the ability to go on work related events on occasion This is a hybrid role, working in the office 2 or 3 times a weekWould suit a M&E Engineer, Design Engineer, a Design Manager, Proposals Manager, Project EngineerTo apply speak to Cindy AndersonWe also have roles in Projects, Engineering, Site Management, Operations Management, Site Engineering, Design, Health and Safety and Compliance
