The WSP Defence & Security team is seeking a Programme Controls Manager to be part of a rapidly growing team, working on a variety of large-scale projects, this role will offer excellent opportunities for the right candidate seeking new and exciting career development opportunities.

Your Key Accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
Programme Controls
- Collate monthly reporting requirements from across the programme.
- Establish a framework-level approach for scheduling and recording client-facing meetings in collaboration with the Contract Director.
- Ensure routine lessons learned are conducted at the framework level to capture, document, share, and apply continuous learning and improvement, fostering programme success.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Task Order Manager, and Design Manager to review and enhance framework-level process flows and templates.
- Maintain the approved staff register in collaboration with the security team, ensuring accurate alignment of grades and disciplines, and keeping supporting evidence up to date to assist Commercial Managers.
- With the Commercial Manager, manage the integration of WSP and supply chain cleared personnel onto the approved staff register.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Project Managers requiring access for team members to secure folders or the client's Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Act as the first point of contact for Project Managers requesting clearance for colleagues joining the framework.
- Programme Management Support:
- Support the framework PMO in deliverables and utilising business management tools.
- Proven proficiency in planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and find solutions quickly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with various project teams and external partners to achieve project goals
- Security Clearance or the ability to attain Security Clearance
