PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR - SES
SES Engineering Services are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our regional team in Leeds, supporting the delivery of high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Procurement Administrators play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes. Working closely with the procurement and project teams, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating the purchasing and supply of goods and services, ensuring compliance and value for money.
As our Procurement Administrator, you will:

Provide administrative support for the procurement function, including raising and managing purchase orders and maintaining supplier records.
•
Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery tracking.
•
Support the procurement team in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, and evaluating supplier performance.
•
Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation to support project delivery and audit requirements.
•
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
