We are looking for a Product Governance Analyst to help us ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards and ensure we are delivering excellent client outcomes.
Working between Investment Management and Compliance you will play a key role in periodically reviewing our products and services to enable and support good client outcomes across all service lines.
Your other key responsibilities will be:
- Providing accurate data and MI to support the Product Governance Framework and board reporting.
- Overseeing the process for new products and services.
- Periodically review and maintain Target Market Assessments and Fair Value Assessments.
- Managing and reviewing Risk of Harms assessments, with a focus on the proper treatment of Vulnerable Clients.
- Oversight of the firm’s Consumer Duty Dashboards and metrics.
- Monitoring and completion of due diligence processes to ensure we comply with responsibilities as a Manufacturer and Distributor.
- Prepare board papers, annual attestations, and regular reports on product governance matters, including conducting peer group comparisons and competition analysis.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, thorough and enjoys seeing things through to completion. You will be in a vital role within the firm, so we are looking for someone with great integrity, honesty and a commitment to doing things by the book.

What we’re looking for
Qualifications and Knowledge
- Relevant Governance experience preferably gained in a wealth or investment management environment
- In-depth knowledge of UK financial regulations, particularly Consumer Duty
Skills and Competencies
- Proven successful project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident report writer and presenter.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-starter who is keen to drive their own development.
- Able to build strong networks and relationships.
- Willingness to challenge and drive change when required.
