Scrum Master - #1698774

An Opportunity for a Scrum Master has been announced to work with us on a permanent basis to uphold our brands values through our service delivery.

As a Scum Master you will by driving continuous improvement in our development teams by guiding them on best working practice, and assisting the Product Owner to deliver the best possible value to our customers. We strive for seamless and simple processes to drive change in our organisation, and ensure our products follow this practise also. As a Scrum Master you will be ensuring the team keeps this in mind when working on a day to day.

This position will require you to help multiple teams across the organisation by maximising transparency and understanding of our ways of working. You will be responsible for presenting requirements to both stakeholders and developers.

Role: Scrum Master

Contract: Permanent

Location: Leeds (Hybrid position – 1/2 days per week on site)

Salary: £40,000

Skills required for this position:

• Customer experience focused – focused on delivery


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Strong desire to drive continuous improvement, development and team practices


• Good knowledge of Scrum methodology (Experience or certification PSM or CSM)


• Ability to write reports using Excel or Power BI


• Experience working with Jira for project management organisation


• Experience querying market data using SQL is desirable
