We are delighted to be supporting our investment management client with their new Compliance Manager hire! This role will be based out of the Leeds office, working on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in the office.
The role will offer on the job training to cover all elements but preferably some exposure in a similar role withing financial services will be beneficial.
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading Compliance Monitoring activities including file reviews
- Updating compliance registers and identify trends for MI reporting
- Regulatory horizon scanning
- Assist in the review and analysis of the risk registers
- Assist the MLRO to meet AML requirements
