Description
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors
Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Develop strong client relationships and identify additional service opportunities
Contribute to practice development and quality control initiatives
Collaborate with partners and managers on complex technical issues
Profile
ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in practice
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax legislation
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead teams and develop staff
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
