What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a confident, capable sales professional with proven experience in the aggregates and waste sector. You’ll know how to build meaningful client relationships and deliver results in a competitive environment. Essential criteria:
- Demonstrable new business development experience
- Background in aggregates, waste services, construction, or building materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and territory management abilities
- Commercial acumen and a solutions-led approach
- Resilience, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
- Developing and managing a portfolio of clients across Yorkshire
- Winning new business through a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for added value
- Liaising with buyers, contractors, and site managers across the construction industry
- Building relationships based on reliability, responsiveness, and sector expertise
- Acting as a trusted advisor and feeding insights back into the wider team
- Gives you ownership of your region
- Has a clear growth plan and long-term investment strategy
