Internal Account Manager

We are working with a well established UK-based supplier of essential products and services for businesses. With a strong reputation for customer service and product quality they are now seeking a motivated Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic team.


About the Role


This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and customer focused professional to manage and grow existing client relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts ensuring excellent service delivery identifying upselling opportunities and working closely with the external sales and operations teams to meet client needs.


Key Responsibilities


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers


Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries orders and service issues


Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products and services


Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery


Provide accurate quotations and process customer orders efficiently


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system


Support the external sales team with account insights and customer updates


About You


You have previous experience in an account management customer service or sales support role


Strong communication and relationship building skills


Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail


Comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing multiple priorities


A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of customer satisfaction


Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
