Job Description
The Real Estate Senior Associate will be:
- Leading and managing complex real estate transactions, including development, investment, and acquisitions and disposals
- Providing strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including major developers, investors, occupiers and public sector entities across the UK
- Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers
- Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
- Support on pitching for new work.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services in line with client expectations and firm standards.
The Successful Applicant
The Real Estate Senior Associate should be / have;
- A solicitor with 4 years plus PQE in commercial real estate
- Experienced in handling complex real estate transactions, including development, investment, and acquisitions and disposals
- An interest to work for a large law firm
- Some experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
- Skilled in business development and client relationship management.
- Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong academics and ties to Leeds
