Job Description
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors
- Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Develop strong client relationships and identify additional service opportunities
- Contribute to practice development and quality control initiatives
- Collaborate with partners and managers on complex technical issues
The Successful Applicant
- ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax legislation
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and develop staff
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
