Customer Service Assistant – Leeds


Hourly Rate: £13


Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, Day & Night Shifts, 9 hours per week.


Vita Student's offers next-level apartment designs with a variety of studios to suit students' lifestyles, providing privacy or communal living. We combine style, luxury, and comfort with premium amenities and vibrant city life. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our students.


Responsibilities of Our Customer Service Assistant

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to students by anticipating their needs, offering local information, and handling inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at the front desk.

  • Be available to answer questions and assist residents and guests.

  • Ensure facilities are maintained respectfully and kept clean to a high standard.

  • Address issues or challenges promptly with solutions.

  • Conduct regular building surveys and report findings.

  • Replenish refreshments and manage parcel storage for residents.

  • Serve as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.

  • Maintain waste areas in compliance with health and safety standards.


Candidate Profile
Experience

  • Proven experience in delivering premium customer service.

  • Hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety in communal areas.

  • Technologically proficient with relevant systems and software.


Personal Qualities

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with respect for diversity.

  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; calm under pressure.

  • Flexible, creative, positive, and resilient.

  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Flexible availability to cover 24/7 operations, including holidays and religious festivals.
