Manufacturing Operative - LS26, Leeds £14.00 per hour Full-Time | Permanent Position Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 3:45pm Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Operative looking for your next opportunity? We're currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable operative to join our growing team based in LS26, Leeds.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out manufacturing duties including mixing and blending of raw materials
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure quality and consistency
• Working efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to health & safety protocols
• Supporting colleagues and working as part of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong understanding of mixing and blending processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and reliable work ethic
• FLT Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential
