Temp to Perm, £12.90p/hr - £14.17p/hr DOE, Nights, 38hrs per week, Mon-Thurs, Overtime, Annual Bonus Scheme

I am looking for an experienced FLT/Order Picker who either has CNC Saw experience or would like to learn to use CNC Saws, to work for a Distribution company based in Leeds. You must be hard working and willing to listen and learn.

This is an all-round role involving Order Picking, FLT Operation and cutting materials using a CNC Saw and will suit those candidates looking for good variety and a chance of Progression.

Day To Day Duties Within The Role Will Include

• Loading and Unloading trailers using C/B FLTs
• Order Picking stock onto pallets using Reach FLTs
• Preparing stock for deliveries including Quality Checks
• Operating the CNC Saw, adhering to cutting schedules and ensuring materials are correct cut and packed to specific customer specifications
• Carry out daily CNC Saw Maintenance
• Observe all aspects of Health and safety within the Warehouse
• General Warehouse duties
  
  

Key Skills Needed For This Role Include

• Must hold both Reach and C/B FLT Licenses
• Previous Order Picking or Warehouse experience is essential
• CNC Saw experience would be beneficial but not essential as training can be given
• Good attitude with a will to work hard and learn
• Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques as the role will involve Heavy Lifting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a Team Player who works well as part of a team
  
  

You will be required to work 8.30pm to 6.30am from Monday to Wednesday and 6pm to 4am on a Thursday. Overtime will be available during the week, Mon to Thurs (time + ¼) and on Fri and Sat (time + ½). The Pay Rate for the role is between £12.90p/hr to £14.17p/hr Depending on Experience. My client offers an annual bonus scheme paid to all Permanent employees every April, while the role is advertised as Temp to Perm.
