We’re Hiring! Sales Executive | Smile White – The Luxury Dental Brand

Leeds Office (LS11) | Full-Time

£30,000 Base Salary + £70,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission

Your Role:

• Work exclusively with warm inbound leads (no cold calling!)


• Guide clients through their smile transformation journey


• Provide expert advice and deliver exceptional service at every step

Flexible Working Hours:

• 
  Early Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


• 
  Late Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM


• 
  Optional Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Earn £100 bonus per Saturday shift + £100 per deal closed)

• Proven sales experience, ideally in consultative or luxury sectors (dental, beauty, wellness, etc.)


• A confident communicator who builds rapport with ease


• Passionate about helping clients achieve life-changing results
  


• Organised, tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems


• A genuine interest in health, beauty or personal transformation
