We are seeking an accomplished Paraplanner who thrives on precision, to play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisers by delivering high-quality research and reports in line with business expectations around quality and KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess not only technical expertise but also impeccable written communication skills and a deep appreciation for cultivating client relationships. This role is for someone who has exceptional drive and determination as well as being methodical and proactive in terms of managing complex workloads.
About the Role

Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) based on 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and Recommendation: Analyse gathered information and conduct thorough research to formulate suitable recommendations for clients.
- Suitability Report Writing: Create high quality suitability reports in a timely manner and to a highly professional standard.
- Problem Resolution: Address operational challenges promptly, providing solutions, and fostering a proactive problem-solving environment.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of new product, technical, and legislative changes within the marketplace to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
- Documentation Accuracy: Complete all supporting documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Performance Standards: Maintain performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
Qualifications
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
