Are you a Senior Engineer who's ready to rise to the occasion? We're on the hunt for a driven, hands-on Senior Engineer to take the reins on 2-3 high-rise RC frame sites in Leeds.

The Role:

As the technical lead across multiple bustling city centre sites, you'll be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are not just met-but smashed. You'll work closely with Site Managers and Project Managers, making engineering decisions that matter and mentoring junior team members along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering on 2-3 live RC frame sites

• Manage all setting out, QA, and technical support across projects

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Problem-solve on site and drive progress against project timelines

• A strong background in reinforced concrete (RC) frames

• Experience on high-rise projects essential

• Previous leadership or senior-level site engineering experience

• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications

• A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail

• £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
