CLASS 2 HIAB DRIVER - #1705735

Shift Hero Bradford& Halifax is currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to cover a wide selection of work in the Leeds area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled driver looking for ongoing work. As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods and safely operating the HIAB-equipped vehicle for loading and unloading at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Class 2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane for the secure loading and unloading of goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to various locations.
• Perform daily vehicle checks to maintain safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all road traffic laws and health & safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the transport team and customers.
• Complete all necessary delivery and collection paperwork.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (C) driving licence.
• HIAB certification with proven experience operating the crane.
• Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles with HIAB.
• Strong knowledge of road traffic and safety regulations.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence (due to client insurance restrictions).
