You'll be working directly with an experienced Financial Controller. Not just someone who's going to breathe down your neck, but someone who wants you to grow with the business, and who'll make sure you get the support and development to do just that.

The Role:

• Supporting the Financial Controller with the full month-end process
• Preparing management accounts, journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Getting stuck into variance analysis, reporting, and helping make sense of the numbers
• Exposure to commercial finance as the business continues to grow
• Input into process improvements - your ideas won't be ignored here

What do you need?

• Someone with a decent grounding in finance - maybe you're already in an Assistant Management Accountant or similar role
• Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) - or actively working towards it
• Naturally curious - you ask "why?" not just "how?"
• Someone who can crack on without needing their hand held
