Director of Finance and IT - National SME Charity- Fully remote- Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits A leading UK charity is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join its team in the coming months. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking SME organisation that are experiencing a period of growth. The role will be responsible for both the finance and IT functions of the business (headed up by a Finance Manager and IT Manager respectively).Duties will include:- Strategic financial leadership and advising on financial strategy- Team leadership- Overseeing budgets- Analysing financial risk, financial accounting and reporting- Management of third party IT service providers and contracts- Ensuring SLA's are met across IT support- IT licence monitoring To be considered suitable for this role you will need the following skills and experience:- Fully qualified accounting background and operating at a senior level within an SME- Understanding of financial/IT systems - Strong team management/leadership skills- Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage third parties- Excellent communication skills
