Your role

  • You’ll be working closely alongside the buyer and factories using your extensive technical knowledge in products and manufacturing to be able to deliver quality and value to the range.

  • You will ensure the products are developed in line with the critical path, also meeting the business’ requirements for legal compliance and sustainability.

  • It will be your responsibility to monitor and understand our customer feedback, with the ability to constantly improve future development.

  • This can be a very creative, product development driven role as well as technical.


Let's find out about you

  • As a technical manager in Home Fragrance and Décor you will need to have experience in the area, with preference to home fragrance and candles.

  • You’ll be highly analytical and a natural problem solver. Understanding of product testing/ REACH and CLP are greatly beneficial.

  • Strong awareness of customer requirements, market trends and competitor ranges will also play a big part in this role.
