What you will be doing...




Working as the Emerging Talent & Careers Apprentice, you’ll work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over 13-15 months. You’ll provide administration and co-ordination support to the Emerging Talent & Careers Team, supporting schools engagement, work experience and our award-winning apprenticeship programmes.

What you’ll be doing:
 



  • You’ll support the Emerging Talent & Careers Team with administrative and scheduling tasks.

  • You’ll maintaining learner records in a secure way.

  • You’ll coordinate and administrate Emerging Talent training courses.

  • You’ll maintain data on the team SharePoint.

  • You’ll monitor the Emerging Talent mailbox, ensuring all queries are dealt with swiftly.

  • You’ll monitor and maintain stocks of key materials to support events.

  • You’ll coordinate key events, including annual apprentice teambuilding day and annual apprentice graduation.

  • You’ll schedule and book Emerging Talent events.

  • You’ll collate and file monthly training provider reports.

  • You’ll collate data for monthly or quarterly reports to senior leadership team.




What you’ll have:
 



  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • The ability to quickly ‘pick up’ new systems/technology.

  • Adaptable and flexible to work within a dynamic and changeable business.

  • Confident personality with a proactive and “can do” attitude.

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with Colleagues and Managers within the business.

  • Initiative and ability to identify, solve or escalate problems accordingly.

  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at grade A-C (9-4)

  • Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.

  • You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.

  • Must have been resident in the UK for 3 years.
