Overview:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Deliver Tingley DC, UK is recruiting a supply chain professional for the position of Distribution & Transportation Business Process Lead, UK.

The successful applicant will focus on the execution of operational change from a person focused perspective within MedTech Deliver D&T in the UK. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience by focusing on providing excellence in warehouse operations. You will play an active role within the organization and collaborate with business partners in cross-functional departments. As a successful change agent, you are a role model of the continuous improvement and process optimization. This role is based in Tingley DC, UK.
Further responsibilities and duties are:
- Execute the delivery of change management and continuous improvement strategies for the site whilst actively engaging and collaborating with employees to maximise adoption and minimise any resistance to change
- Devise standardised tools, processes and transparent communication plans to support delivery of change initiatives to ensure operational teams feel supported
- Identify potential risks or points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address these to ensure smooth change delivery
- Drive the Continuous Improvement culture, with Lean six sigma methodology working closely with the process excellence and operational teams
- Being able to paint the vision of “what good looks like” when working with others to build engagement and achieve quick wins
- Lead change activity on site developing and managing triage process for change to include but not limited to; NPI’s/process change/new technology implementation/regulatory change/asset changes/larger transformation projects – considering E2E process
- Oversee the execution of operational change deployment and assess operational readiness including, communication, training and compliance requirements and handover into operational teams
- Lead regular change and improvement meetings to update team on upcoming changes and to support successful deployment
- Active participation in the regional EMEA team and project teams
- Partner with key business partners in Finance, Quality, HR, Commercial and the E2E supply chain to deliver change

Experience, skills & proficiencies required:
- Proven experience delivering change in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
- Formal training in (and experience with) Lean, Process Excellence, Six Sigma Tools.
- Strong people leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and communicate across all levels of the organisation and ability to influence in the matrix organisation
- Excellent analytical capabilities.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead complex projects
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- System experience in JDE, SAP 4 HANA, Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Fluent English
