An exciting opportunity for a project and change manager to work within the HR projects team called the Agile Management Office. You will be working in a team with cross-functional expertise and consultancy skillsets to deliver an exceptional experience to our people. This opportunity involves building collaborative relationships within a matrix organisation and taking ownership of people and change projects to deliver value to the firm. This is a 'hands-on' role requiring a proven understanding of project, programme and change management, so it will suit those with a genuine passion for these disciplines.

The successful candidate will work across HR, evolving best practices for HR, from project scoping to implementation, using analytical insight to identify gaps in processes with the permission to remediate as needed. You will build and nurture strong relationships with HR and the wider organization, partnering with HR leadership on critical projects from concept to execution. We seek someone with a background in HR, Operations, IT, Business Analysis, Human Capital, or similar, with a proven track record of project management delivery and implementing sustainable change within short timeframes in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments.



  • Draft papers scoping new project initiatives with emphasis on measurable success criteria and desired outcomes.

  • Translate business needs into tangible action plans that help HR meet its strategic goals.

  • Lead small discovery sprints through to complex projects requiring bold direction and clear planning to achieve delivery outcomes.

  • Utilize and adapt recognized methodologies to effectively deliver and embed projects, tailoring approaches to meet specific business needs and deliver people-centered change.

  • Influence and demonstrate leadership to improve day-to-day execution of projects and programs.

  • Build and sustain a cross-business line network with key stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Use data to influence decision-making and drive impactful results.

  • Raise and manage project issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery aligned with HR strategy.

  • Act as a bridge between tech, privacy, and compliance teams throughout the project.

  • Advocate for project, program, and change delivery best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across HR teams.

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and programs across the full lifecycle—from concept to implementation.

  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-based decisions.

  • Customer-focused with exceptional listening skills and the ability to interpret, influence, and deliver outcomes based on high-level information.

  • Proactive, deadline-driven, action-oriented mindset with a 'roll up the sleeves' attitude to deliver under tight time constraints.

  • Ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and create meaningful outcomes.

  • Ability to scope complex (sometimes technology-focused) projects and distill them into simple solutions or actions.

  • Adaptability to an ever-changing environment.

  • Experience leading people-centered projects.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

  • Proficiency with methodologies including Prince2, Agile, Human-Centered Design, Kanban, Lean, Scrum.

  • Experience working in a partnership or highly matrixed organization.

  • HR or human capital experience.
