This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience and develop your behaviour management and subject delivery skills in a real secondary school setting.About the Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher. You won’t be required to plan or mark work, but you will be expected to manage the class, answer questions where appropriate, and maintain a positive learning environment.This role is ideal for graduates interested in becoming secondary school teachers and looking to gain paid experience in the classroom across a range of subjects.Key Experience Gained:Working across a variety of departments in Key Stage 3 & 4Developing classroom control and leadership techniquesUnderstanding school behaviour policies and SEN supportBuilding professional relationships with staff and studentsExposure to different teaching styles and school environments
