Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as the primary liaison with our third-party Live Casino supplier, overseeing day-to-day operations of the Blackjack Tables in our dedicated Live Studio and addressing customer gameplay escalations.
• Partner with the internal Design and Brand team to ensure a cohesive, on-brand aesthetic within the Fanatics Dedicated Studio.
• Collaborate with the Casino Performance and Promo Teams to implement Live Casino Promotions and make data-driven adjustments to Table Bet Limits, fostering High-Value Play in the dedicated Studio.
• Utilize insights from Casino Analytics and Customer Insights Teams to refine customer segmentation and execute an optimized Content Exposure Strategy.
• Work closely with the Casino Content & Operations Team to implement the Content Exposure Strategy and include new suppliers, games, and game types.
• Support the Casino Product team in launching new features and capabilities that enhance content personalization and optimize the Casino App.
• Contribute to weekly team meetings by sharing insights, performance reports, and operational updates focused on Live Casino and Content Optimization.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or relevant work experience
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
• Driven and ambitious to learn and develop a career within iGaming
• Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) or MS Office equivalents
• Strong work ethic. Is accountable, works smart and pushes self and others for results
• Relates and works cooperatively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography to achieve shared goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is effective in a variety of communication settings
