My client is currently seeking a Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor to join their highly respected team based in Leeds City Centre. This is a full-time, permanent position, although part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. The Role
As a Solicitor within the Personal Injury department, youll handle a caseload of EL/PL and RTA files, both pre- and post-litigated, from instruction to settlement. Youll play a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest standards of legal representation and care
Responsibilities include:
- Managing your own caseload of EL/PL and RTA matters
- Drafting legal documents including witness statements and schedules of loss
- Using the OIC and MOJ Portals for submission and case management
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
- Conducting legal research and staying up to date with developments in PI law
- Working towards and achieving personal and departmental targets
About You
We welcome applications from:
- NQ to 2-year PQE Solicitors
- Candidates with solid litigation experience in RTA, EL, or PL claims
- Individuals with a working knowledge of the OIC/MOJ Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules
- Self-starters with strong communication and organisational skills
- Solicitors with excellent client care and a high level of professionalism
