Service Designer (SC Cleared) - Fixed-term contract - #1709911

I have partnered with one of the most interesting (and complex) organisations I’ve ever worked with – they are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join a hugely impactful project on a fixed-term contract basis.

You will be designing an end-to-end service with complex digital and non-digital aspects – it’s important to state that this is an internally facing and highly technical piece of work with an equally complex set of stakeholders. It will require real depth and breadth of skills, not limited to:

· Excellent stakeholder relationship building and comms skills.

· A highly pragmatic, flexible approach to Service Design.

· Capability across both discovery (workshopping & research) and delivery (Journey mapping, Blueprints etc)

· Experience across large, diverse organisations

This is a fixed-term, salaried role paying £66,000 - 72,000 + benefits.
