The Opportunity

Join our client, a global leader in maternal health products, as they expand their product excellence across Europe.

Our global client have been supporting mums for over 40 years, offering a trusted portfolio of breastfeeding and postpartum care products available across major retailers in the UK and internationally. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an experienced EU Product Manager to play a pivotal role in leading product lifecycle management, regulatory alignment and cross-functional collaboration across their European markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll lead the end-to-end management of their product portfolio in the EU – from coordinating new launches with NPD and marketing teams to ensuring all packaging and product claims meet the latest EU regulations

  • You’ll be the go-to expert bridging innovation, compliance and market readiness across multiple territories

  • Oversee EU packaging development and changes, liaising with local teams and managing artwork and regulatory signoffs

  • Ensure packaging and claims remain compliant with evolving EU legislation (MDR, cosmetics, etc.) in close partnership with the Regulatory team

  • Lead updates to Instructions for Use (IFUs), developing unified content across EU languages

  • Support the rollout of Product Information Management (PIM) systems across the region

  • Partner with NPD to align go-to-market plans, pricing and approvals for EU product launches

  • Review and optimise existing products to maximise market fit, streamline SKUs and maintain legal compliance

  • Build and implement a clear process for claims management across the EU portfolio

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams across functions and regions

What You’ll Bring

  • Ideally BA/BSc degree

  • Significant experience in product management or new product development, ideally at a mid-to-senior level

  • Proven ability to work within EU regulatory frameworks (cosmetics, MDR)

  • Strong cross-functional experience working with international teams

  • Experience leading packaging and artwork approval processes

  • Bonus if you’ve worked directly with PIM systems or within regulated industries

  • First-rate organisational and project management abilities

  • Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for getting things right

  • Comfortable managing priorities and communicating across multiple teams and seniority levels

  • Confident working to deadlines in a dynamic, changing environment.
