Fire Door Installer & Maintenance Supervisor - #1709953

Fire Door Installer & Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy and personable team who specialising in the installation, service, and maintenance of fire protection products within the construction industry, this position is paying an annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday - Friday with overnight works.

Duties:

• Direction and supervision of day-to-day operations on site to ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard and in accordance with the specified requirements
• Maintain Health & Safety control procedures in accordance with the company policy
• Willingness to have a hands-on approach to the installation of fire doors and fire door remedials if required
• Ensure all works are signed off to a high standard
• Ensure precise and secure installations to meet safety standards
• Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals
• Liaising with the client ensuring that positive relations are maintained

Experience required:

• Experienced carpenter with a proven track record in fire door installations
• Surveying, auditing and reporting
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Good communication
• Fire Door installation/Remedials/Riser works/Fire Board Partitions
• Polite and great work ethics
• Possess a valid CSCS card
