Site Manager (Fit-out)Up to £55k Basic Salary + Overtime + Vehicle/Car Allowance & Attractive Benefits PackageNationwide JOIN A LEADING HIGHLY REGARDED FIT-OUT CONTRACTORWorking on a nationwide basis within the operational team of this well established, award winning, cash rich national fit-out contractor - This position for a Site Manager comes due to growth and a result of successfully completed projects with some of the largest food/non-food retailers in the UK.Reporting to a contract/account manager, the role will be to take autonomous responsibility from contract win through to handover of fit-out projects – fast track / refresh / rollout / full fit-out in the food / non-food sector – mainly in a live environment. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the following:• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including store managers, agents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to fulfil project objectives, scope, and requirements.• Monitor project progress and performance to ensure adherence to contract terms, project plans, and quality standards.• Ensure strict Health & Safety protocols are being adhered to• Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, changes, and potential impacts.• Manage relationships with subcontractors & suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Again pipeline of work remains strong for this contractor who pride themselves in keeping staff working even in times in the business cycle when workloads are typically slower.For full details of the role please click the link to apply or contact me on (phone number removed) or forward your CV in confidence to (url removed)
