Assistant Site Manager - GarforthNew Build Housing Site

We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join 2 of our busy new build housing developments in Garforth and Skelton on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Coordinating trades and ensuring health & safety on site
• Helping to maintain build quality and time lines
• Assisting with site paperwork, inspections, and handover procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in new build housing / residential construction
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Strong communication and organisational skills
