The Opportunity
They are looking for a Power BI Data Consultant to join their Leeds-based team. This role supports the company’s mission to help clients unlock the full potential of their data.
The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for data and reporting - especially using Microsoft Power BI.
You’ll be working closely with clients, helping them make sense of their data through clear, insightful dashboards and reports. They'll support your growth every step of the way, with on-the job training and opportunities to gain Power BI accreditation.
The Ideal Candidate

- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence, communication ability, and relationship-building capability.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Qlik (Power BI is preferred but not required - and if you're new to it all, we’ll help you get up to speed!).
- An analytical mindset with a passion for storytelling through data.
- A collaborative approach, working well with both clients and team members.
- Residency within commuting distance of Leeds (ideally under an hour each way).
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude to problem-solving.

- Competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £36,000, depending on experience

Interview Process
Initial Conversation (30 minutes): A relaxed discussion to understand the your background, interests, and alignment with the role.
Second Stage: You'll be tasked with building a Power BI dashboard and presenting this during an in-person interview at their Leeds offices, with clear guidance and support provided.
