The role of the Head of Business Change for Flutter UK & Ireland is to design, develop and execute the regions Business Change Management Strategy. This role is responsible for shaping and embedding a culture of change in the UKI business, specifically in Product and Technology, maximising the delivery of value from large change programmes through appropriate change management

What You’ll Do
- Create the UKI Product and Technology functions’ Business Change Management Strategy considering our long term business strategy, our change capability requirements and what change team shape and size is needed to execute that strategy.
- Build your own team of change management specialists, determined through your capability assessment.
- Act as a Strategic Change Partner to Senior Leaders across UK&I to advise on change management practices to realise business benefits.
- Change Planning and Execution. Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale transformational change within UKI and beyond for Flutter Edge initiatives.
- Own the Change function in UK&I Product and Technology and closely connect with other change teams across the organisation to develop a high performance change culture that is continuously evolving and adapting to the needs of the business.
- Govern all aspects of the Change risks in UK&I with relevant management and mitigation plans in place.
- Drive the successful adoption of change initiatives, measuring and reporting on the adoption rates and impact. Assess and understand the change health of all programmes in UK&I.
- Actively support the Change Community to build the change capabilities across the business.
- Have strong knowledge and experience of using change management methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation and EQ skills and is able to quickly establish personal credibility and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and drive long-term organisational change
- Works effectively across divisions and regions and with senior Leaders to achieve common goals.
- Ability to influence others, both within and outside of the change management team, to secure support for initiatives.
- Comfortable navigating through uncertainty and managing resistance to change with a positive approach.
