This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. 


Do you want to play a key role in ensuring the Student Information Service provides a sector leading professional and friendly student enquiry service? Are you an emerging leader, with the drive to help others to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality enquiry support to students? 


The Student Information Service (SIS) is a key Student Education and Experience team with the vision to deliver a sector leading central enquiry service. We need an enthusiastic team player with a talent for building collaborative and positive team environments you will be a point of escalation for advisors working across the Student Information Service, showing confidence and judgement in supporting them to handle difficult or new situations and knowing when to escalate. 


Comfortable problem solving and working collaboratively to identify improvements and contribute to the development of the service, you will be quick to ensure we identify improvements in the day to day running of the service and be proactive in supporting continuous improvements. 


You will have excellent customer service skills, a commitment to embedding and maintaining standards and be confident supervising a front-line service handling a varied array of students’ enquiries.
