This award-winning team in Leeds are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join them. If you're ready for your next move and want to grow in a creative, inclusive, and hybrid working environment, this could be it.
You’ll be passionate about brand strategy and design, with a portfolio full of stand-out, ideas-led work across branding, campaigns, and digital. Craft and attention to detail are a must.
Experience developing campaign creative is even better!
What you’ll do:
You'll help lead key projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with other senior creatives. It’s a fast-paced role, so being organised, communicative, and confident across multiple briefs is key.
They are a tight-knit team, so are looking for a true team player - someone who thrives in a collaborative space and brings strong, fresh ideas to the table. You’ll also be involved in new business, pitches, and helping shape their creative culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong portfolio across brand, campaign and digital
- Experience mentoring or leading teams

The agency offers hybrid working (3 days in studio) along with excellent benefits.
They are based outside of Leeds city centre, so you would ideally need to have your own transport.
