The Digital Marketing Manager role will involve:
- Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that align with the broader marketing strategy.]
- Utiilzing Hubspot CRM system to implement email marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across key channels, including SEO, PPC, and paid social media.
- Reporting on campaign performance.
- Create and execute strategies aimed at increasing website traffic and driving high-quality lead generation.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring timely execution and adherence to allocated budgets.
- Maintain oversight of the digital marketing budget.
- Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in digital marketing - including any AI tools and automation.
- Working closely with other departments, in particular sales.

A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:
- 4+ years experience in a Digital Marketing role
- A background in B2B Marketing - either through in-house or agency roles.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with automated email platforms - Hubspot is highly desirable.
- Experience with analytics tools - such as Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a similar sector.
- Transferable sector experience may include energy sector, professional services, business services, legal.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong organisational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in SEO, content management, and social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
