We’re now seeking a talented and ambitious Deputy Conveyancing Manager to join our Leeds team and help lead our continued success.

The Role

As a Deputy Conveyancing Manager, you will support the Conveyancing Manager in overseeing team performance of trainee conveyancers and ensuring the highest standards of client service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to develop their leadership skills in a supportive and dynamic environment, playing a key role in developing the conveyancers of the future!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing, mentoring, and supporting a team of conveyancers and support staff
  • Help drive operational performance and service delivery across the team
  • Handle a caseload of complex or escalated conveyancing matters
  • Contribute to team development, training, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  • Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Conveyancing Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • An Experienced or Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Licensed Conveyancer looking to step into a leadership role
  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing
  • A collaborative leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to client care
  • Ambition to progress and make a positive impact within the business
