About the Role - The role involves extensive knowledge of structural steelwork design, relevant design codes, and design software. The candidate must have the ability to work on several projects at any given time and delegate work where necessary. They must also have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with clients, Contractors, Architects, and third parties. The successful engineer will have excellent design and technical skills, the ability to collaboratively work in a closely-knit in-house design team, and lead projects from inception to completion. Strong business acumen in relation to the financial aspects of schemes is also required.
Responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of structural steelwork design, relevant design codes, and design software.
