Senior Software Developer – Lead and Grow with a Collaborative Tech Team!
Are you an experienced developer ready to step into a hands-on leadership role? We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to guide a skilled dev team, shape software architecture, and help deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in their Leeds office
Salary: Up to £65k (DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a small development team and mentoring junior developers
- Driving best practices in code quality, architecture, and agile delivery
- Actively coding and reviewing across a modern tech stack
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Taking ownership of project deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met
Key Skills We’re Looking For:
- C# with .NET Core
- TypeScript & JavaScript
- Angular (React or Vue experience is fine)
- Entity Framework & SQL
- Azure (resource management, scaling, monitoring)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience leading agile sprint planning
- Background in SaaS platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
