Senior Property Investment Consultant – Leeds – Up to £40,000 basic PLUS comms As a Senior Investment Consultant you will play an integral role within the current investment team, not only as a top biller but also as source of expertise and mentorship for the less experienced consultants.The firm have built up an enviable reputation over a long period of time and now have Investment experts based in the UK and UAE. • Up to £40,000 basic salary
• Superb commission structure taking OTE to at least £80,000 in year 1
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

What you will be responsible for

• Advise clients on property investment opportunities that align with their financial goals
• Analyse market trends, property values, and economic indicators to guide investment decisions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and developers
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed property investments
• Manage a portfolio of property assets and oversee transactions from acquisition to completion
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and pitch presentations for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Progression, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless client service
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development efforts.
• Manage and produce reports on your own pipeline

What you will have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property investment/consultancy
• Proven track record in closing high-value property investment deals
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in investment modelling and property valuation tools
• Deep knowledge of local and international property markets
